Young Hotelier Development Pilot Scheme (2015/16)

Young Hotelier Development Pilot Scheme (also called Learn and Earn Pilot Scheme) was jointly organized by Hong Kong Federation of Hong Kong Owners and Hospitality Industry Training and Development Centre (HITDC) of Vocational Training Council (VTC) to provide training for students who is interested to join the junior level of the industry.

Several Steering Committee Meetings and Luncheon Meeting was held starting from March 2015 to discuss about the program.

In order to give the hotel management an effective dialogue and understanding about the scheme, a seminar was organized for hotels’ personnel on May 26, 2015 in VTC Kowloon Bay Complex.
